Sweden-headquartered EV charger manufacturer GARO reports that a recent survey of 500 EV owners in the UK found that they would be willing to pay £10-20 more per charge to reduce waiting and charging times by up to 15 minutes. The Canadian government is investing 18.6 million Canadian dollars ($13.3 million) in EV chargers across the country. “The installation of these chargers will help EV drivers get to where they need to go with confidence and ease,” Natural Resources Canada said.
