This legislation is coming into effect on 1 July 2022, as it is in Belgium with Germany and Switzerland following suit in January 2023 with similar MOT testing rules. Update the law to save lives. The policies and frameworks are there, and all the Government needs to do is update the law. Government.

While subject to consultation, the revised targets are to be incorporated into the Environment Act , which became law on 10 November last year. These targets need to be laid as draft Statutory Instruments by 31 October 2022, says the consultation document , and will come into force once approved by Parliament. g/m 3 to 10 ?g/m
